Deposits

  • A deposit is required to reserve a puppy.

  • Deposit amounts vary and are listed with each puppy's profile.

  • Deposits are Non-Refundable but are transferable to another available puppy.

Pet Vs Full

  • Spay/Neuter Contract

  • Intended for approved breeding programs only

  • Additional terms may apply

Health & Vet Care

Each Puppy goes home with:

  • Age-appropriate vaccinations

  • Routine Deworming

  • Health Certificate

  • Microchipped

Transportation & Pick-up

  • Buyers are responsible for pick-up or transport arrangements.

  • Puppies must be picked up within the agreed time frame.

  • Boarding fees may apply if pick up is delayed without prior discussion.

Lifetime Support

When you purchase a puppy from Sasha's Elite, you recieve:​

  • Lifetime Breeder Support

  • Guidance on care, feeding and development

  • Ongoing relationship with your breeder.

At Sasha's Elite, our priority is producing healthy, well-structured puppies and placing them in responsible, committed homes. Please review our purchase policies carefully before submitting an application or placing a deposit. 

        Application Process
All puppies are sold to approved applicants only.

  • An application is required prior to placing a deposit.

  • Applications are reviewed to ensure proper placement.

  • Approval does NOT guarantee availability of a specific puppy.

        Application Fee:
               $50 (non-refundable)

  • The application fee does not reserve a puppy.

  • The application fee is not applied to the purchase price of the puppy.

                  Pricing
Prices are based on structure, quality, rights and placement

  • Prices may vary between Pet Home and Full Rights placements.

  • Prices are finalized once a deposit is placed.

Go-Home Timeline

  • 9 weeks is the "minimum" not a guarantee

  • Go-Home dates are determined by the following:

  1. Health

  2. Growth

  3. Development

  4. Temperament

Health Guarantee

Sasha's Elite offers:​

  • One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

This guarantee covers:

  • Life-altering genetic conditions

  • Conditions verified by a licensed veterinarian

Details of our health guarantee are outlined in our purchase contract.

Sasha's Elite reserves the right to refuse any sale, cancel a reservation if we feel the placement is not in the puppy's best interest.
