Waitlist Policy
To ensure each puppy is placed in the most appropriate home, we utilize an approved waitlist system and differentiate between Pet Homes and Show Homes during the placement process.
Application & Approval

All Prospective homes must complete a Puppy Application for consideration.

Once Approved, a non-refundable application holding fee is required to secure placement on our waitlist.

Approved waitlist clients receive priority selection before any puppies are made available to the public.
PET HOMES

Pet puppies are placed on a limited registration or with no AKC papers.

Selection is based on temperament, structure, coat and overall suitability for a companion home.

Specific request for color, size or sex cannot be guaranteed.

Puppies not selected by waitlist pet homes may be offered to the public once waitlist placements are complete.
SHOW HOMES

Show prospect puppies are placed on selectively and only with approved show homes.

All show placements require co-ownership, with Alyssa Wiltsey listed as a co-owner on the official registry.

Show puppies are evaluated for structure, movement, breed type and overall quality.

Breeding rights, if applicable, are governed by a separate written agreement and are not implied by show placement alone.
